The biggest challenge is definitely getting started, knowledge about the industry, lack of guidance, and not having the capital to get started
Current Obstacles:
Right now, I’m restructuring my LLC so I can get funding to purchase my laundromat. My business was previously product based and in the beauty industry so I’m just having a hard time getting my LLC where it needs to be so I can even start. I am also looking for a mentor, or some sort of guidance and it’s obviously very expensive to have access to these kinds of programs.

I just really need to know how to even get started. How to get financing, how to find properties, etc.

ACTION PLAN:
I plan to have my LLC restructured by mid-October, I then have an appointment to discuss life insurance with an expert. And the next step I’ll be hiring Stormi Banks to help me apply for grants. Once I receive a grant my plan is to join Justin Giles’ mentorship program and attend the Laundry Capital mentorship and go from there.
