Credit! I am diligently working on my credit right now.
Current Obstacles:
I just feel like I will be in a better position to invest once my credit is structured properly. I am having a hard time trying to even think about applying for funding with a 615, 580, 610.
QUESTIONS & CONCERNS:
How do you get into wholesaling where you do not have to use any of your own money?
ACTION PLAN:
My action plan for the next 3-6 months is to become more active in the property playmakers group, continue to work on my credit, try to find creative ways to acquire funding, and continue to learn more about real estate investing.
HOW CAN THE GROUP SUPPORT YOU:
The group can support me in executing my plan by Education!!!! Also, if anyone knows creative ways of securing funding with less than optimal credit, that would help.

I am new to this, but willing to learn from a person or group that had patience. Once I learn something I can take off with it. I just need a chance to not be forgotten behind, because I do not know much.
