I have more work to do on the personal credit side to put myself in the best position for PG business funding.
Current Obstacles:
I’m currently using the M2 goat repair to dispute negative items on my credit. If members of the group have been successful in the credit repair space, I’d love to learn from them.

QUESTIONS & CONCERNS:
What is the best way to finance an investment property if I already own a home? How can I take advantage of the new Fannie Mae guidelines for lower down payments?

ACTION PLAN:
I plan to learn about creative financing, business funding, credit repair, and other real estate strategies to build and scale my portfolio.
