My biggest challenge in achieving my real estate investment goals is me not executing on what is obtainable. Finding the right partnerships. Build up capital to have assets for collateral so that portfolio can grow. Decrease credit card utilization on personal credit below 30% so that business funding amounts will be favorable. 1% is my goal. Completing business set-up

I have once collection on 2 bureau that I’m disputing back to back. So I have to strategize on one bureau.

Currently My looking for private lenders to fund the 5 properties.

I’m currently in a tax lien workshop also I have other wholesaling classes I’m as well. Networking with private lenders to see who meets my criteria
